I e-filed my fed return on 14 Apr 2018 and got a Turbotax reply they received it. I never got a reply from the IRS. It is now 18 Apr 2018. What is happening??

I tried to check on my return status and Turbo Tax said it did not recognize my e-mail address.  I tried calling turbo tax phone number they said they are not open now, but this is regular bussness hours???
