After you file
It is possible you qualified for an exemption and that is why the change did not impact your return. Most people must have qualifying health coverage or pay a fee for the months they or their dependents don’t have insurance. But if you qualify for a health coverage exemption the fee is waived. The exemption is calculated on Form 8965, if you check your return.
If you did not have a non-coverage penalty, for the 8965, The 1095-B would not have impacted your Premium Tax Credit on form 8962, as those details are not entered into the return. If the amount did not change, you do not need to take any action.
