I filed a 1040x for my 2017 return and sent a payment of $152 in January of 2019. I have since received my money back. What file should I import for my 2018 taxes?

After calling the IRS they said that the wrong department processed my claim and I should send the check back that I received.  I just want to know what 1040 I should import for my 2018 taxes.  The  1040x from 2017 or my original 1040 ?
