https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040x.pdf">https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040x.pdf</a> shows a box for calendar year 2018 to amend. If it is not expected until the 22nd why does the site tell me the 8th, and why is the form available from the IRS?
