I also have a problem e-filing a state return. I just e-filed 2021 Fed and CA taxes and paid $25 to file Ill. Now I cannot e-file Ill. After it took my payment it says we need to do a few more things. It said I had to delete the ssn and address from a Ill worksheet. When I did that, it said I had to put the information back into the worksheet. I am stuck.
