IND-183-01 - The Spouse did not enter a valid Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IP PIN).
I have asked her parents and they don’t have anything in their records. Yes, back in 2016, but it has since been fixed.
Whenever I try to contact IRS through the phone it is all automated and I’m honestly unsure of the options to select to remedy this. Once I can create her IRS account, I feel I can get the IP PIN, but unsure how to do so since she has never filed.
