The IRS says they never received my 2020 tax return.
I tried to eFile bute it got rejected and I had to send in a paper return.
I am told that I have to talk to an IRS department called "Individual Accounts" but I can't get through after trying dozens of times. I am owed a big refund!
Should I just send it in again?
