@knchdwck - here is the issue -
there was a point in the Turbo Tax interview process when you were asked how much you received for the 3rd stimulus payment. You must have responded 'zero' so that $1400 ended up on Line 30.
But according to the iRS records, they sent you that money last March - May, 2021, so they adjusted your return by the same $1400.
1) check you bank account statements from last March - May, 2021. you should find the $1400 there.
2) you were eligible for the stimulus or the Recovery Rebate Credit (line 30) but not both, so the IRS adjusted your tax return so that there will be no refund.
3) if you have no evidence that you received the $1400, despite the fact that the IRS has evidence they sent you the $1400 last year, you'll have to submit a 'tracer form'. see the link below
