Can we feed cryto summary instead of instead of showing individual transactions ? Combine from all the exchanges/sources (buy/sell only) etc
For example 8949 form:
Combine
Property, date acquired, date sold, sale price, cost, Gain/loss
Cryptocurrency, 01/20/2021, 11/30/2021, 1700, 1600, 100
Instead of individual:
BTC, 01/20/2021, 5/5/2021,1200, 1000, 200
ETC,3/3/2021, 11/30/2021, 500, 600, (100)
TurboTax Home and Biz DVD version not supporting to import crypto transaction file, while adding each line manually is long process. It would be great if IRS allow to enter summary. After all there will be no effect on amount and tax calculation
