If you chose to print and mail the return, the online TurboTax account will always say "Ready to mail" because they have no way of knowing if you actually dropped it in a mailbox or not. Hopefully, you did physically mail it yourself, since TurboTax does not mail it for you.
It's commonly taking the IRS 6-9 months (or longer in some cases) to process a mailed paper return. At some point, when it's entered into their system (may take several weeks), you should see it show up in the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.
