My Detroit city income tax form was atrociously bad. I didn't see it in the review before I submitted. They included income sources that don't exist in my Federal or State income. They imported income from my wife, who has never worked in Detroit. My exemption for "working from home" from my company only applied to me, so now Detroit is going after me for income sources that don't exist, and for a share of my wife's income, despite her never working there.
