No.  The IRS no longer allows that because it was a security risk.  You verify your identity when e-filing either by using the same e-file PIN you've always used, or by using the AGI from last year's tax return.

If you believe your e-file PIN is compromised, you can try filing a form 14039 identity theft affidavit.  If the IRS accepts the claim, they will issue a more secure 6-digit identity protection PIN for you to use in addition to your 5 digit e-file PIN or AGI.
