It was accepted meaning it went to TT on 10/15/19, and then rejected. This happen 3 times. Why would the file be accepted in the first place? On 10/20/19 the file rejected again and now I can no longer file online nor do I have access to the tax return. I had already paid $79 and now I have no access to the online version and I being asked to purchase the download version?
The biggest problem is I still havent filed my return? What are my options, it doesn't make sense that I now to repurchase the 2018 download version of TT?
