My mom and her husband are getting a divorce, they filed their taxes as Married filing jointly last year using Turbo Tax so all of my mom's information is still there for him to use. Is he able to file as married filing jointly next year if the divorce is not finalized by Dec 31, 2019 and without my mom's W2 form by using the autofill feature??? I am afraid he will try to take her part of the refund. Please help
