credit card update

I am thinking of cancelling my account of many years.

 

I have spent over an hour trying to sign on to my account without success.  All I need to do is update my credit card info.

 

I called the number you gave.  I could not tell if I was talking to a person or a machine.

 

Dissatisfied with your help/ customer relations service.

 

You call me at [phone number removed] or I am cancelling my account
