Dependent care expenses deductable

We are caregivers for my wife's elderly parents.  We own the house they live in, and as such we pay all utilities, taxes and maintenance.  We employ a person 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, to assist them with health issues, meal preparation, laundry and so on.  We also purchase food, medical supplies, personal care items, medicine, etc.  Do all these items qualify to determine over 50% support?
