Can't submit to see Credit Report and Credit Score

I've entered in all my information correctly. Double checked spelling and social. I even tried with my previous address. I'd like to know what your source is that's used for comparing my information to tell me it's incorrect because maybe I need to verify that THAT source has the right info. Someone please get in contact with me to give me a clue as to why you think the information provided is incorrect. This information should already align with all intuit products I've used before.
