Hi I was trying to get this on the app and it basically says to put in your basic information: name, dob, address, and social security number. I had inputted all of that but it keeps telling me that some of my info is wrong and I’ve filled it all in about 4 times but it keeps taking me to that same page and tells me it’s wrong. I’ve been very careful with typing in my info and I just want to get through it because I’m checking out the app to see how it can help me.
