I am MAILING in his 1040. I have form 8949, and all the supporting documents. Turbo tax is telling me I have to include for 8453 as well. But 8453 says it is for an e-file which I am not doing. Do I need to mail in form 8453 even though I have form 8949 and the supporting documents?
