I'm using Home and Business edition. I did my daughter's simple return. She is a full time student but worked part time. She had two W-2 and a 1099-G (State Refund). Somehow Turbo Tax Standard Deduction value is $9,094. I don't know where that amount is coming or why it's coming out with that amount for Standard Deduction. Shouldn't be $1200.00. I did not enter any deductions of any kind for her.
