I have summitted my taxes for 2019 back in June. I just got a letter from California stating I owe an additional $996. This is because I supposedly over stated my "CA Income Tax Withholding" I just re-summed the withholding from my W2's, 1099-R's & SSA-1099 and I still come up with $17,973, the State comes up with $16,985!?!?
I do not understand, what do I do next?
