My Federal return was rejected.
I need my tax history report to show on my account that I'm using for 2020 tax return. I've used turbotax for 2017, 2018, & 2019 and those years aren't showing. I'm using the same email address/password, so it should work.
I need my 2019 AGI and pin so I can get my return e-filed correctly b/c it keeps getting rejected.
I already had a support case # and couldn't get any help. on the 1-800 # as it just kept taking me in circles once I said the case #. Very frustrating.
