Hi, I know Turbo Tax has no inside info on tracking individual tax returns. My refund is taking much longer than expected. We’ve tried to use IRS return tracking website and voice FAQ options, but our return is not showing up. Does anyone know how to speak with an actual person at the IRS? We can’t seem to get past the automated prompts. Argh!
