Completed and sent does not mean accepted. Please log into your Turbo Tax account and see if your NY return was accepted or rejected.
- If rejected, correct the error and send again.
- If accepted, contact us and get the state DCN, which is the tracking number. Our customer service team can check the Electronic Filing Engine and get that number for you. Then you will need to contact the state NY Contact us and give them the DCN for them to track it down.
