If I chose No to the 2019 look back, it takes me to a question if he lives more than six months outside the US. When I answer no, it gives me a message that he does not qualify for the credit which is contradicting to the IRS rules that he qualify for the credit because of his income is not higher than $21,430. Where do I enter that he qualify for the credit of $1502, so when I file the return he should be able to get the credit. This cause the Maryland tax not to recognize that he is eligible for the credit to MD because Federal is 0 on EIC
