I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 25 years. Discontinuing ItsDeductible will probably lose me as a customer. In my e-mail to Intuit urging them to reverse their decision, I pointed out that they will be forcing many long-time customers to look for other options like H & R Block’s Deduction Pro, and they will lose many previously loyal customers over this decision. Intuit may be able to cut a few Expenses by no longer servicing ItsDeductible, but I think they will lose much more in lost Income when they lose many of their customers over this poor customer service decision. Everybody should e-mail, and we'll see if they actually listen. If not, they will lose a lot of customers.
