I purchased TurboTax Deluxe 2021 CD and installed it to my PC around the end of March 2022. After filling my tax return by mail, I un-installed the software from my PC to make room for my house remodeling. Recently I tried to re-install this software to restore the 2021 tax return I've previously filed, but several attempts of recovery of the existing tax files failed. That's why I'm writing to ask for your help.
