You didn't provide much info to go on. Did you use Online TurboTax, and if so, does the 2021 PDF of your return that you obtain at the Tax Home not have the state return in it? If that's your situation, in your other thread I provided you an alternative way to get the larger 2021 PDF from inside the return interview at the Print Center.

If that's not your situation, then you need to explain your issue in enough detail so people won't have to guess.
