If you filed the original returns with TurboTax just log in to your account and click on the year that you want to amend. If you already did the return with TurboTax it won't cost you anything to do the amendment. You will have to file by mail, though.
If you did not do the original return with TurboTax then you need to go to this webpage. The software will be the regular price.
