you may want to see the link. however, you will always face the same issue with any tax software even professional software when you have multiple a/c's and trade the same securities in those a/c's. none that I have ever worked with, and it's been 6 or more over more than 40 years, are able to detect wash sales. the 1099-B is relied on.
