My refund was 203.00 less than what IRS website stated. WHY ? I understand there is a processing fee which I checked on TURBO TAX. 98.00 was deducted for Fed and State taxes. that amount equalls 98.00 . There is a 105.00 outstanding. where is this $$$ ?
