1) In the Search box type "w-4" (without the quotes), then click the link that says "Jump to w-4." The first screen asks if you want to change your W-4. Click No. The next screen will ask if you want to review your estimated tax.
2) The estimated tax vouchers are not filed with your tax return under any circumstances. You are not obligated to use them or to make the payments that TurboTax suggested.
