Thanks for your message. Still waiting on the refund from Missouri for the 2nd "overpayment". I did go to the Missouri website to ask for an update -- they're supposed to send me a text when it's ready. However, they issue the caveat that it might take 12 weeks! (So . . . they've had the use of my money for that period of time!)
