can you provide some more detail as I am not following
1) did you receive the 3rd stimulus payment last spring for $2800 ($1400 for each person). If yes, then Line 30 of Form 1040 should be zero. You are not eligible for the Recovery Rebate (which is really the same thing as the stimulus payment)
2) if you did not receive the 3rd stimulus payment last spring for $2800 and stated so when you completed the TT questions, the $2800 should appear on Line 30 of Form 1040.
