greetigs, i submitted my personal info.to turbotax 2 weeks ago and paid $81.35 that was automatically credited to INTUIT, instead of turbotax.. as i authorised turbotax to get my tax return for 2021 from C>R>A>
insofar, i have not received nor heard from tt.any development regarding filing my 2021 income tax and the deadline of may 02 already passed.
please advise what is wrong as TT system is complicated and flawed to say the least.
