Excellent Christophe! I checked and I have a cornucopia of logs at that location and you are correct, it is an out of memory condition : "2019-02-12 07:52:45,933 [31] 2018.31.16.237 ERROR TurboTax -
System.OutOfMemoryException: Insufficient memory to continue the execution of the program." Where can you adjust the Java heap?
