If TurboTax forces you to upgrade, don't do it.
If you do amend your tax may not change any way.
If you have a loss, your tax goes down and you may get a refund of $1.00.
I don't think IRS will send a refund for less than $1.00.
Good point, even if an $11 loss is deductible, the tax refund would be between $1-$3 for most taxpayers.
