I get a system glitch, where my state return pulls my W2 info for both me and my spouse. 5 specialists agreed it’s a bug but I can’t get tech person to fix it. Any idea?

I did 4 screen shares with customer service and all of them agreed that the system pulls info from a wrong place. It is a glitch. I tried everything: delete, re-type, different browsers, etc. The customer service has no ability to connect with a software engineer or anyone who can get into weeds of the software itself and keep connecting me to tax experts who just confirm to me that it is a software problem. Any  idea how can I bring it to the attention of a software engineer or someone who can look at it and fix it?
