There is definitely something wrong with the Amendment function. Mine shows a balance due even before I make any changes. In addition, all of the 'original amounts' in column A on the 1040-X are incorrect. Finally, since I overpaid on the original, accepted, e-filing, I would expect a refund, but instead it still shows I owe money to both Fed and State. I can see that the total tax amount has been fixed on the Fed form, but the amount owed is wrong since it should be a credit. Intuit, fix this ASAP please.
