Same issue here. Original e-file sent 7203 just fine. Need to e-file amended return and it gives an error that it can't find /attachments/Form7203.pdf I can see it just fine in the Forms view, so it has to be a software glitch in the amended return e-file code in TurboTax. Please fix this so we can e-file our amended returns.
