With other tax software, the self- select PIN from last year can be used instead of the AGI from last year.
Enter one or the other.
When you e-File you can select a PIN for next year, Make a note of it.
TurboTax does not support authentication with a prior year PIN.
Your only option is to enter the prior year AGI.
If you can't e-File then, never mind, you won't be picking any PINs.
You will hope the AGI on your current return gets registered with IRS in time for next year.
