It depends how you entered the income. If you entered Form 1099-MISC, return to that section under Income & Expenses and delete (trashcan) that entry. You can do the same if you entered it as self-employment income.
If this income is from your self-employed business or side-job, you will need to report it under Self-Employment Income. Just be sure you don't enter it twice.
