I refuse to fill this out since TurboTax should be populating these fields with the information in my Intuit profile. So everytime I launch TurboTax, I am presented with this so I leave it blank and click Continue. And then I'm presented with a pop-up that says "You have not filled the mandatory fields in the Form. Do you wish to continue without registering?" <smh> I know some submissive person will point out that I could have filled out the information on the Form quicker than typing this reply but I'm rebellious by nature so I refuse to.
