Carl, I posted my issue on the TruboTaxAnswerXchange forum as you suggested. Wow, I had trouble getting that to work. When I submitted detailed version info for TT, it was rejected because the software filter thought I was entering personal identification numbers. Those folks really need to get a handle on how to filter properly.
One other issue I have with that registration window is it does not accept e-mail addresses of the form [email address removed]. I had to use a less desirable e-mail address of mine instead.
By the way, after running through that registration window again, I see where it's says it's sending the registration info, but then TT dies. I'm thinking TT is not getting conformation the registration has been accepted, so when I start TT again, it brings up the registration window again. Could there be a server down on the Intuit side? I've got Internet access here, so I know that's not the issue.
