is Turbotax system down?
I am at last step of filing.
At the first, there is issue with log in to TurboTax with my user Id.
I have entered the right username and password, but it kept saying they are wrong, I tried to login my account via text and email verification codes. It then asked me to update my password. it then allow me enter my Credit card and pay $25 for online filling to State.
Now, here is the issue.
After I entered my credit card, it just close the window and go back for filling, keep looping back to filling steps.
If I tried to click the pay by credit card, it show me this

I tried to call the number, but no live person.
I tried to login with my NEWLY updated password, It still say my password is not right. Appearing that Turbotax is NOT updating my password with the new password that I have entered earlier.
So, I have paid $25, but Turbotax will not filling for me, tried to call [phone number removed] for a live person for help, it said it only send me help links, which does not have solution to my issue
