TT wouldn't let you use someone else's SS# on a W2. So the issue would be the numbers. Its highly unlikely that the IRS would reject your return for mismatched numbers on a W2. Much more likely to get a letter months out with adjustments. But if that adjustment means you got more of a refund than your own W2 would entitle you too, then there may be interest (maybe penalties). so file an amended return 1040X with the correct numbers. Better to wait until the original return processes.
