Thanks everyone. Helping my daughter with her taxes and ran into this problem. I'm on the KS side and don't have to file the Kansas City MO return, so my Fed and KS returns went off without a hitch. She lives in downtown KC, so needs to file in MO and KCMO. Once I clicked the selection to only file the Fed and MO returns, her filings sailed right through.
