I'm running into this same problem, and only a few days left before filing. Wasn't this supposed to be fixed? I will be pissed if I get audited because of this. I've lost faith in Turbotax's ability to accurately file my return, especially for the amount of money I pay towards using their automated service. I don't think my tax obligation is completely accurate, and I will also be looking towards other filing options in the near future.
