To pay the IRS, you can send a check along with a 1040-V -- if TurboTax did not print it for you, just download it from www.irs.gov, print fill out.
Another option is to go to www.irs.gov and look for EPTPS --- there you can pay your dues by credit card, bank debit card or just direct debit ( provide bank routing Number and account number )
