Anybody else get hung up by a turbo tax employee (I was being really nice I don't know why they hung up) after waiting for 20min and get put right back into a 20min wait?

The first person was nice and said I could call her back.  I tried calling her back but was put in an annoying verbal menu.  Got put in a que to wait for 20 min to get help that was promised to me instantly.  I asked my simple question, she asked if she could put me on hold, and when I was put on hold the menu said "we will connect you to an agent, wait time is 20 min". How do I get help with out being hung up on and wait for an hour to ask a question?
